The other night, I was lying in bed reading my book when I heard this from the bedside baby monitor:
"Mom?...(pause)...
Mom!...(pause)...
Mom!!...(pause)...
*sigh*...Mom must be sleeping...(pause)...(and I'm thinking, "she is SO sweet," until)...
MOM!!!"
